FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2009:
** Meet at the Montgomery Brew Pub: 8pm- Midnight. Meet and mingle in an informal setting. Food and drink off menu. No charge but please register for a headcount.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 1, 2009:
Saturday Family Picnic:
10 am – 3 pm. Montgomery Riverwalk Amphitheatre, Downtown by the Train Station. (Set-up & clean-up one hour before and after). Bring your family, lawn chairs, and favorite picnic foods for a fun-filled afternoon at the river with our classmates. The Splash Pad will be available, so be prepared for your kids to get wet! Dreamland BBQ is across the street for those that want to pick up a Picnic-To-Go. Due to liability issues we ask that this be an alcohol-free event. Included in price of reception. $10 per family if attending Picnic Only.
Tour Jefferson Davis High School:
2-4 pm. We have the Jefferson Davis High School open and available for tours for you and your families during this time. Try to find your old locker, your favorite classroom, or other favorite places from high school.
Jeff Davis 30th Reunion Dinner Reception and Dance:
7pm – Midnight, RSA Commerce Center. Dressy Casual/ Cocktail Attire. Buffet of a variety of heavy hors d’oeuvres. Cash Bar. Live Band for Dancing. $75 a person/ $90 at the door.

We need this 30 year thing to be a group effort. We were far too good a class to let this thing pass us by!!!!!
The Friday night Baseball game sounds great.
We probably won’t attend any Saturday daytime events but will certainly attend the nighttime event.
I haven’t been to the registration site yet. Is it an all in one thing or can you pick and choose what you want to attend.

If we sign up for the Baseball game and 60 people don’t make the roster will we get a refund?
Also, I would be willing to bring my daughter-in-law ans grandson. That justs adds two more though.

Hi George,
Glad you will be attending. If we don’t make the 60 required for the suite, we’ll either revert to the outfield BBQ area or offer refund. The BBQ area in the outfield is a little less, so may work refunds in drink tickets or straight refund. Hopefully, we’ll get enough to make it work.
